No. Every GC Design Decor installation is a fully leased package, so you buy nothing, own nothing and store nothing. We design it with you, install it, care for it all season, then take it all down and store it off site. Most clients simply want it done, and that is exactly what we do.
Yes. Leasing the full package is our standard, and for clients who would like to own a particular piece, curation is available. Mention it during your design consultation and we will guide you.
Yes. We can install pieces from your own collection and blend them thoughtfully with ours. Our trees, garland and decor are commercial grade, so most clients find that leasing the full package is the simpler, more cost effective choice.
Most installs are completed in a single day. Larger estates or commercial displays may take longer, but we schedule to deliver a fully transformed space quickly.
No stress: if anything shifts, dims, or needs a refresh, our team will come out and make it right so you can stay focused on creating memories.
Yes. Every package is tailored to your style, theme, or event: classic holiday looks, modern neutrals, or fully branded installs for businesses.
Absolutely. At the end of the season or event, we return for full takedown and transport everything to our off site storage.
For holiday décor, we recommend booking 6 to 8 weeks in advance. Lifestyle and event décor can often be scheduled sooner, subject to availability.
